1783 Hearth Candle

Sale price$44.00

1783 was the first Christmas George Washington spent at Mount Vernon after the Revolutionary War, the first peaceful holiday after years of conflict. This scent captures that moment: the warmth of a crackling hearth, aged wood settling into silence, and the quiet comfort of finally being home.

Warm clove and cardamom open into rich amber, with a hint of smoke running underneath. Complex, grounding, and unmistakably evocative, like stepping into a room warmed by history.

Fragrance Notes: Clove, cardamom, amber, smoke

Our largest format: a triple-wick candle poured into a hand-carved wood dough bowl, built for wide, even fragrance throw across a room.
